The principal characteristic of this program is that it(he,she) allows to create tables of
visual form and then them to guard in format Latex
( TABLES -> LATEX),
But also it(he,she) allows to interpret an environment to tabulate or array of Latex in the
program TABLES and to show the visual aspect that would have
( LATEX -> TABLES).
Other characteristics of Tables v.3:
