Título de la charla: "Online Deep Learning for Multi-Label Predictive Maintenance with Adaptive Focal Loss"

Resumen: This talk introduces online deep learning for multi-label predictive maintenance in industrial data streams and examines how training regimes affect fault detection under imbalance. The proposed framework decouples temporal context windows from replay buffers and compares different neural architectures against tree-based online ensembles. An adaptive focal loss is introduced to adjust class-wise focusing online, improving minority-fault detection. Methods are evaluated prequentially across three industrial datasets, showing that training strategy matters more than the specific architecture.
